Our Story
In Memory of Bart Yacano
The heart behind Bart's Bridge Foundation
Bart Yacano · Forever in our hearts
Bart's Bridge Foundation was created to honor the life and legacy of Bart Yacano — a husband, father, friend, and proud member of the Norwich community.
Through this annual scholarship golf tournament, every dollar raised goes directly toward funding scholarships for graduating Norwich High School students — building bridges to their future, just as Bart built bridges in the lives of everyone he met.
